NO! Transfer Money is a fee paid between organizations

to more or less buy a players existing contract. Now it is

left to the discretion  of the new organization and the player

to accept, modify or completely change the terms of the

purchased player's contract.

This why it is wise to obtain an agent to protect

the rights of the player in relation to the stipulations

of the player's contract.
