I'd like to learn to speak Spanish (latin America) fluently. Will you please recommend an immersion program?

If you are interested in doing an exchange program, I would look into the ones sponsored by the Rotary clubs.

Well, if you can go to any country or place where castilian is spoken correctly good for you, because that's the only way to learn real well a language.  I would recommend Chile or Peru,though.  The castilian is pretty good spoken and the capital cities have good institutions to learn Spanish.. like the Instituto de Idiomas de la Universidad Católica del Perú in Lima.

Hang out in any wal mart.  You'll learn more spanish than english.
