  2. All migration agents for immigration to Australia are completely unnecessary. They cannot in any way help you to get a visa. As the previous answerer said, go to http://www.immi.gov.au/immigration.htm. It has all the information you need and is completely accurate, up to date and free (except of course for official government charges).
