I'd like to see a psychic...?

But can they tell me what my profession will end up being, who (if i do) get married to, and how many (if any) children i will have and when?

Those are things i'd just kind of like to know now...

Absolutely not.

If the psychic could predict the future, then he wouldn't stay as a psychic. He would become a millionaire himself and live in luxury without having to work as a psychic since he could predict the future.

For example, if he could just predict the lottery tickets, he could easily become a millionaire.

But there is a God in heaven who knows your future. But even that, God normally won't reveal certain things in your life due to some reasons(it's too long for me to explain here).

No, they can't. The future isn't something that can be read, especially by some shady character charging you $$$ to jerk you around with uncertainties. You make your own future, you will choose you profession, your job, your husband, and how many children you have (to a degree anyway, birth control isn't 100% reliable =p)

Well i've seen several psychics in my day. Some have been frauds, some we're legit, and some just tell you what you want to hear. Some of the best psychics i've seen were those who are employed in a psychic bookstore, or those who meet in seminars or meetings ie. at borders or barnes and noble.

Most of my worst experiences were when I went to a woman's home, and was just read a layout of tarot cards with a general telling.

My advice is that you do some research on genuine psychics out there in your community. Try googling psychic bookstores in your area, or try calling borders' books or looking at proffesional psychics websites that are nearby your home.

Then when you find someone you are thinking of seeing for a reading, call them. Ask about their abilities, (since there are several psychics such as aura readers, clairvoyants, tarot readers, etc.). Tell them that you have never seen a psychic, and ask if they can tell you about the questions you really have.

Ultimately, you have free will. You can choose who you marry, where you will work etc. A psychic just can't, and most likely will not tell you what you will end up doing for a living. So just ask them what your personal strenghts are, and what you would like doing the most.

A psychic reading just consists of hearing details about your personality ( a legit psychic will be able to tell you of specific events that previously happened in your life). Then you shell them out anywhere from $40 - $200 for the reading. At the time you will feel it was amazing, since they read the story of your life, but they usually end up leaving you with more questions than you what you came in with.

So my advice is not to have that great expectations. The questions you ask probably won't get answered in a straight manner from the psychics, mine didn't. Just listen to their advice, you will probably come out learning more things about yourself.
