I'd like to speak to a current, or a former Toyota salesperson.?

I SPECIFICALLY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THEIR HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS, AND DEALER INCENTIVES THAT THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT.

  1. Toyota dealerships don't make money on what is called the "front end" of the deal.  Front end of the deal is profit made on the car itself, back end is money made on other things like warranty, APR markup, alarms, etc.

    Toyota dealers get incentives for selling a certain amount of cars and meeting their objectives.  If they meet these objectives they get money for each car sold from the manufacture.

    They use high pressure sales techniques because that is how dealer make back end profit.  If you watch the news you will see many of the dealers busted are Toyota dealers because of their "edgy" practices.
