I'd like to start an internet pharmacy. I know these have to be done outside the U.S. Any suggestions?

u hv to register your domain in india and consider china too.  u can do this online - go to indian/chinese webmasters and check their rates.  then u must honor the purchases ie u hv a ready line of supplies, shipping it within 2 weeks from purchase date etc.  get a we designer to really make the site helpful, friendly.  then u are set.  if u operate fr usa, nhs will catch up with u.  there r industrial spies looking at such things.  goodluck.
