The problem is: I'm German and I'd like to improve my english. By the way I want to study medicine on university. But before all that, I want to be trained as a nurse. My questions are:

1) How long does it take to be trained?

2) Whats the Greencard about?

3) Where will I be trained?

Thanks a lot!

  1. your first step would have to get a green card... a green card will give you permission to come to that states... you have to take a test to obtain the green card theres questions on the test like who was the first president, say the pledge of the flag...you know stuff about America. Then once your in the country you have to apply to colleges that have nursing programs... you take lots of classes and in between your teacher will bring you to hospitals to train with licensed nurses so you can learn hands on... then once you complete the classes and training you have to take a state boards exam to obtain a license to be a nurse. The whole process takes a while the shortest programs that you can take to become a registered nurse is about 2 years long.
