I'd spent weeks dieting and doing it healthy and well. For the past 2 days i've binged, and need motivation!?

I don't know. Come evening, i cannot lay off the cake. I don't DENY my body, it's just pure greed. I'm losing weight for aesthetic reasons, as i'm not overweight. I drive myself mad sometimes. Well not that mad, but ya' know.How can i get motivated after these past few days?

  1. It'd okay if you give yourself a small treat once in a while. Just try to limit your sugar. Brush your teeth early, chew gum, drink water, keep junky food out of the house.
