I'll ask again: Are we Americans the policeman for the world?

Because if we are, who decides these things? The current President or the other countries in the world?

Evidently it is the President of the United States that decides when and where to go to war. It certainly was not Iraq that asked the U.S. to come over and straighten things out.  It was not the rest of the world that wanted the States to go to war, It was the States that wanted to go to war.  The rest of the world said "no war"  and here we are.
