  1. go to this web link, and find about visa services,

not sure on the amount of money? it all depends which states you are going to?cost of living is not the same, it should be written in the visa services, as for the questions? i do not know either.....probably why? where? if you have a job? returning to your job ........ things of that nature

  2. Well, you do make it sound a bit like you'll be adjusting your bank account in order to meet the interviewing officer's expectations. There is a problem with this. There is no specific amount in savings or checking accounts required under US immigration law in order to qualify for a tourist visa, and the interviewing officer is not required to even look at your bank account. Every officer has seen lots of such documents that literally aren't worth the paper they're printed on, so don't expect the officer to put a lot of value on your bank statement. In the end, the law requires that you satisfy the interviewing officer that you have strong social and economic ties to your country and that you will return after a short trip to the US.

So, how do you do that? Hard to say, because you don't mention what you are actually doing in Morocco.  As I imagine you know, and the consular officers will certainly know as well, Morocco is full of sub-Saharan Africans trying to get into Europe or the US, so how do you convince the officer that you aren't one of them?  What reason would you have to return to Morocco? Could you return, even if you wanted to? What is your legal status in Morocco?

In general, it's usually easier to apply for a tourist visa in your home country, because many of these questions are easier to answer there than elsewhere.
