I'll be running in a 10 km race on july 20th, any tips?

Like what to eat the night before? what to have for breakfast? (is at 8 am), i dont know

  1. Hydrate and stretch. And when your done running, walk. Because if you just stop running...your going to get sick. and like puke everywhere..and then people will have to clean up your puke.....gross...


  2. All of these answers are correct but most importantly you need to have the right mindset. you have to KNOW!! that you are going to win that race. (confidence!!) you should focus on the race rather than your stomach.

  3. well fruits are good or something healthy.dont have a heavy breakfast and when you run try breathing in through your nose and out of your mouth.good luck!

  4. Breakfast-Pasta, lean foods,

    Drink lots of water and start off slowly and work yourself up.
