signed that I'm a permanent resident because I don't have my greencard. Will I have any problems on this? Will I need any other documentation to go there? This is my first time going to Mexico. Any advice?

  1. You will not have a problem.  Be sure to carry identification and it would not hurt to bring your birth certificate/marriage certificate just in case.  You should be fine!  Have fun!

  2. I think i found your answer.  The stamp in your passport acts the same as a green card until you get the actual green card...so you should be fine.  See the website below.  Read the section on Temporary Stamps.
