I rushed into the ER this morning, after realizing that i was having a medium amount of vaginal bleeding (red). They di an ultrasound and found no heartbeat. Doctor didn't confirmed a miscarriage, but said it was possible. I was diagnose with a threaten miscarriage? Should I still have hope? Thank You

  1. I had a threatened miscariage in Jan. I think it's just a nice way of letting you down easy. If there isn't a heartbeat and your 10 weeks then I would say there probably isn't any hope. So sorry for your loss I know what it feels like.

  2. i am extremely sorry.

    i really am.

  3. I am a CMA

Sorry for your loss.. No if there is no heart beat and bleeding there is no hope

  4. Awww.......I'm so sorry ... but usually there's no coming back from bleeding and no heart beat

  5. You probably are having a miscarriage. I'm sorry... but it sounds that way.

  6. im sorry hunny that sounds like amiscarriage.

  7. Char, please go back and get a real certification.  At 10 weeks, it is possible for doctors to have a hard time finding a heartbeat.  That doesn't mean it isn't there.  Before you give up hope, check back with your doctor for more comprehensive testing.  I hope that you have good news, but yes, it is a possibility that you lost your unborn child.

  8. Unfortunately sweetie you are having a miscarriage.  No heartbeat at 10 weeks has no hope at all.  If you were 6 weeks, it's possible, but with the bleeding and such - no.  They term it a threatened miscarriage because you have yet to pass the baby, so it's not a complete miscarriage as of yet.  I'm so sorry.
