  1. Start Lifting weights and pracrice running more to get in shape.


  2. Work out more.

  3. just work on everything...are you a running full back or a blocking fullback.  work on your speed and strength because these are key at FB.  Work on blocking because this is a huge part.  And footwork is also very important
