I'm 12 years old and about 115 lbs.?

my mom won't let me go to the gym and i want to lose weight in like 3-4 weeks. i sometimes run out side my apartment but i feel silly and it's too hot. what's a good exercise to do inside the house?

btw i'm trying to eat less and healthier.

  1. I Would Suggest Running Outside. Dont Care About Anybody Staring At You.

    Run Outside For 30-50 Minutes.

    Heres A Diet Plan:

    1200 Calories A Day

    4-5 Meals. 200-250 Calories Per Meal.

    Eat More Fruit And Veggies. Dont Eat Junky Food.

    You'll Lose 8-10 Pounds A Month.

  2. crunches and sit ups but i don't think you need to lose weight.....you seem perfect just the way you are :)
