I'm 13, I'm 5-7 and my wingpsan is 5-8. But, is it good for basketball ? Is it enough ? How can I Improve it ?

  1. if you want to get tall eat healthy drink stuff that is good for you take vitamins and get some sleep i am about to be 13 in september and i am 5-5 and my wingspan is 5-7 but i am only 95 pounds  i hope this helps  


  2. 1. do lots of natural workouts (pushups, pullups, situps, jogging, stretching, etc.) and avoid weights until you're 16.

    2. sleep at least 8 hours a day.

    3. don't take supplements. take a centrum a day and that's it.

    4. keep on truckin.
