& use Tampax Pearl Lights (the purple ones)

  12. I was the same way. Ask you mom or girlfriend to help. You need to be shown rather than asking here. It doesnt hurt at all, you just have to relax to get them in straight. It may take a few tries, you shouldn't beable to feel it if it is in properly. Even if you don't get it in correctly it can't hurt you, so don't be scared. Don't leave them in longer than 4 hours at a time, that is the only thing you have to wrooy about, you could get TSS, read the instructions and give it a try.

  13. Biggest thing to remember is to relax. If you are tense it won`t go in other than that follow the instructions. once you get the hang of it you will never go back to sanitary towels. Don`t forget RELAX

  14. You should talk to your mom.

  15. well dont use one if you have a very very very light flow they tend to be uncomfortable but if your having an average flow go in the bathroom get the tampon box out and read the instructions on how to open the particular tampon you bought(they have different ways to "prepare" the tampon ) then place it in your v****a and push it in.. MAKE SURE THE STRING IS HANGING OUT AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT IN THERE FAR ENOUGH AND AT ANY POINT IN TIME IF IT HURTS , FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE TAKE IT OUT AND TRY AGAIN. DONT BE AFRAID . IF YOU DONT LIKE IT STICK TO PADS .....  take one tampon and "play" with it first just so you get the idea of how it works...

  16. slowly push it in your v****a hole or read the instructions in the box thats what they're for!

  17. if your too scared to use a tampon use pads instead (although you cant swim with pads)use tampons when your ready

  18. First of all, don't be scared.  You can't really hurt yourself with it, there's nowhere for it to go once you get it in, and once it's completely soaked it's not hard to get back out.  There really isn't much that can go wrong.

As for actually using it, just read the directions that come in the package.  You might want to take one apart and have a good look at it before you start trying to use them, just so you know how it comes out of the applicator and everything.  Then try putting it in; if it doesn't feel right, take it out try again later (this will probably sound gross to you, but your menstrual fluid will lubricate the way and make it way easier to get your tampon in than if you try again when you've just taken the other one out).  When you get ready to take it out, just relax and pull the string.  That's all there is to it!

Don't be discouraged.  It took me a few tries to get the hang of using tampons, but I've been using them for over 10 years now and they're really convenient.

  19. There are usually instructions that come with the box. Read the instructions, if you still don't understand, ask someone in your family, or even a teacher you can trust. They don't hurt when you insert it, once it is in you can't feel a thing. Hope you get the hang of it :)

  20. Don't they come with instructions any more?

  21. don't be scared. follow these 6 steps

step 1: get tampon (the day time one),and your panties

step 2:open the rapper there should be one at the botton of the tampon take that off

step 3:place the tampon in the seat of your panties

step 4:take the top rapper off which are called the wings, and take one of them and take it to the bottom of your panties

step 5:do the same with the other one

step 6: put the panties on

that how you put it on

when ever you see blood take it off and follow these directions hope this helps

  22. Make sure you tell your mom or a trusted adult (woman adult) and have her read the box with you and explain it....I know it's awkward but it makes it way less scary and you will feel better in the end. Oh! and when you wear it for the first time it will feel totally gross and strange, but just hang in there, soon you won't even know it's there!

  23. AWWW!! ME TO!! YOUR NOT ALONE!! UMM I TRIED IT AND IT FEELS WEIRD SO YEH IM STICKING TO PADS!!

  24. Well, if you buy a packet of tampons, the instructions inside tell you how to use it. If you want any further advice, just contact me.
