I'm 13. I want to shed a about 5 pounds?help please.?

Well i'm 13 i wear xs as shirts and as bottoms zeros. this week i gained a few pounds.I know im not fat. I just want to burn those extra pounds off.

I'm guessing it went to my butt and thighs. i just bought denim shorts from hollister and my butt is so big they make them shorter=[ school starts in almost 2 weeks, and i just need them a bit looser on my thigh.

  1. Eat normal 3 meals a day,  cut back on bread, cereal, sugars of all kind. Then take a 30-35 minute walk (not a stroll)  every day if you can otherwise aim for 3-5x a week.  When I was 45 I weighed 185, I didn't diet but I walked 1and 1/2 miles nearly everyday and I went down to 116 lbs in less 8 months.  I watched what I ate but never went without. You are young and the weight will fall off in the right places!  Good luck!

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  3. At 13, I know image means a lot to you. For somebody your age, though, diet is not necessarily the best method. If you can cut out all sodas (even diet sodas) and drink a lot more water, your current meal plan seems to have been working. Try jogging in the morning as this will boost your metabolism and make your day feel a lot better.

    Also, never ever skip breakfast and gets lots of sleep. A lack of sleep will cause your body to hold onto extra pounds, as will stress. So relax and enjoy the last two weeks of summer. Just try adding some running to your day :)

  4. You're only 13, so I would eat 5 small meals, to have your metabolism stay steady. And jog a mile each day, you'll be sure to lose it.
