Depends on how far into puberty you are.  You might not feel the urges to m********e until later if you haven't reached puberty yet.

When the time comes you will know how to I'm sure.

Well, whatever you're comfortable with. Mostly every 13 yo guy jacks it dude...includin me..haha...i'm 14....it feels so good so i suggest trying it
