I'm 13 and I wanna play with my barbies..?

lol its weird cuz i havent played with them in a while, but now i'm getting an urge to do so and i feel uncomfortable if someone in my family walks in and sees (mom dad , older bro) because i've been acting all older n stuff. Should I just do it?

I don't think it is a really big deal. There are grown adults who collect dolls and enjoy them. Your only 13 and I don't see the problem with you getting your dolls and dressing them up and so on. Who cares what people think. Just make a joke about it and tell people that you just really love your dolls.

I'm well over 13 and I play with them still. With my daughter though, but it is still fun.

im almost fifteen and i still wish i could play with my Barbies! But I put them away awhile ago because I thought i was too old for them. Kids always want to grow up faster, but when you do get to be a teenager and start growing up u wish you could do kid stuff like playing with Barbies. I say just play with them! Lock the door if you're that worried that someone will come in.

listen my dear little girl  there is nothing wrong with your feelings  kids and their parents seem to push the kids to grow up so fast now a day  kids miss out on a lot by not being kids  enjoy your youth  i have dolls and my mother had dolls until she died  she use to change their clothes  i didnt think she was weird  she was a very tender hearted sentimental  soft person   so go ahead and play with them  my son had a stuffed bear he slepted with until he was 13 or 14  when he quit sleeping with it  it was his choice  he is also a soft hearted man now

haha go for it! i'm almost 16 and still get urges to play with barbies and those bratz dolls. no big deal! i'm sure they get urges to do things they used to when they were younger...   don't grow up too fast!! :)

Heck yea do it! lol I know it sounds funny but you know what life is hard and I am 19 years old and I sometimes wish i could still play with barbies too. Growing up is hard so if you can still get away with it then do it!!! :)

there are whole organizations of grown men and women still play with their Barbies and go to conventions and show them off.
