I get all teary eyed and I don't know why! I'm usually a very happy and positive person. We played Monopoly and I almost cried because I lost! Help, I don't know what's wrong with me!

  1. Your hormones are all out of whack.

  2. You are 13 and hormonal, simple as that.  You're probably getting ready to start your period.  Being away from home is always no fun...but why on Earth would you cry because you haven't exercised in 3 days?

  3. its probably because you bout to start your periods

or its cause ur homesick and it's making you depressed

  4. puberty, puberty.puberty.

  5. You're 13, right now your hormones are raging so yes, at your age it's perfectly normal to cry! Since your hormones are going crazy you can probably expect to start your period soon.

  6. At your age I would say that you are perfectly normal so let yourself have a good cry.  It is likely that you will start your period soon and this means that your hormones are raging right now.  Remember that hormones effect your moods.  Chat to your mum or a close friend if that is an option for you.  Sometimes it's good to have someone around who understands...

Remember to get a good nights sleep each night.  Being tired also effects mood.

  7. don't worry this is probably hormonal and you tend to get moody when you start your period

  8. i think you need to be more out going and hang out more with your friends and family =) try doing some activites, watch some tv and funny movies.... relax and always smile :D

  9. its because ur a sook

  10. Hello sweetie,

Sometimes when our body changes at that age, we all go through an emotional rollercoaster.  That will change the older you get.  This is a hard age, because more things tend to bother you.

You are learning how to become an adult, and that's very complicated in this world, don't give up...everyone cries hon, at the smallest things too.

And yes, it could be that your homesick, and it's definately that your body is going thru changes inside, you might get your period soon, just be yourself, relax, and your body will take over naturally.

Much love & respect to you hon and don't worry so much, you have plenty of time to be emotional, have fun right now, your young!!!

You will be fine!  Have a great week sweetie!

    Peace {dohiyi}

so your probably fixin to start.

  14. I think it's your hormones and being away from home.  Try drinking green tea, it will jump start your peroid and you hormones might get back to normal. For a couple weeks any ways, welcome to womanhood!  I am 29 and cry at some commercials once in a while!

  15. When I was like 12 and a half I cried over the tiniest things.

One day I like cracked and had a massive cry at school, over something really small.

I spose it's probably just hormones and stuff.

  16. Sorry I Cant help you with the additional details but i've been home sick when i was your age and everything that reminded me of home made feel bad

  17. I'm 17 and I went through exactly the same stage, it is quite embarresing but the good news is it happens to everyone. Some people more than others. Its because of hormones and puberty. When I was 13 I was playing a game of soccer and the couch was yelling at me to move up, I started crying. Pretty pathetic, but completely normal, nothing to be worried about. Hope I've helped, Kiki.

  18. Its hormons Kimi.  Sometimes you will feel on top of the world, other times you will feel that the world is on top of you.  Dont worry, its normal.
