I get these extremely sharp pains in my stomach! I'm frightened of the doctor! I don't loose weight! please help me!

I agree that you should make your parents aware of this if they aren't already.  Usually, guys your age are eating everything in sight because of puberty and the fact that a lot of you are very physically active.  It's possible that you're in a low point in your development and your metabolism has slowed down.  If this is the case, it should rev back up pretty soon, and with a vengeance.

this is not time to be a baby..you need to get to the root of the problem, it could be severe, tell your mom, so see your Dr..
