  1. If you like going to the city sometimes, you and your friends can go to the city in the downtown area by the lake and ride your bikes there.

  2. river walk is great and there is a place to go swimming.  You can put your bike on the bus and come to Naperville and then ride, swim, see the fountain, get some ice cream, watch a ball game (high school) up on Martin av. Go and see the park, ride as far as you want to goinghomem and then get on the Pace bus if you are tired.

  3. You can't really ride your bikes to Naperville, especially since you'd have to cross I-88 and ride through about a mile's worth of office parks before you could get back on residential streets. The closest thing to an "express route" I can think of is to cut through Herrick Lake Forest Preserve and cross I-88 at Washington St., which will take you to downtown Naperville.

Glen Ellyn is a much better option. You can take Hawthorne Blvd. east and end up at Lake Ellyn, then head south along Park Ave. to the downtown. If you want to go farther, you can take the Prairie Path east to downtown Elmhurst.

  4. what are you asking? you can't get from Wheaton  to Naperville by riding a bike. there's highways you have to cross. The Illinois Prairie Path in Wheaton runs throughout Wheaton, including the intersection of the Aurora Branch and Elgin Branch. it's just west of downtown Wheaton near the railroad tracks. iThe Illinois Prairie Path goes through downtown Wheaton and connects it to Glen Ellyn as well as Winfield.
