Yeah, she went through puberty early. Yours will probably grow quite a bit in the coming years. If not and you're small, that's okay, guys care a lot less than you probably think.

It could be puberty, but it is also genetics. I didn't get b*****s until I was about 14 or 15, so no worries, they should arrive soon.

Yes, it's perfectly fine. Girls go through puberty at different times, so there is no "right" time for a girl to begin to develop b*****s.

And you, my dear, have still got plenty of time and you might be a late bloomer. Try to be patient...you will start growing considerably more as you get older. Some girls don't even start developing until they turn 15 or 16, so you are probably ahead of some others that you don't even know about! It has a lot to do with genetics, as well. So, don't be too envious of your friend....I'm pretty sure you will catch up with her soon.
