Question:

I'm 13 & like 5ft.&1in & i want to have a chest but i dont wanna be like built but i jus want my chest2 show?

anyone ???now i no im a little bit young but i dont want like abs or anything i just want the outline of my chest anyone how to....?

  1. push ups inclined declined push ups and pull ups and dips itll work ur whole upper body good u need to work ur whole upper body if u want definition i suggest 3x a week doing

    50inclined 50declined 50 flat pushups at least

    25 wide spread hand pull ups and 25 close hand pull ups

    dips do 100

    take as many sets as needed try to get at least 15 push ups a set and 15 dips idk how many pull ups u can do but work ur way up this will help and no weights are necessary plus what's rong with getting abs if u want them workout ur abs not gonna hurt u u know good luck man and u gota eat good!


  2. Havin a chest is a part of being built. You have to lift weights and mature for it to happen.

  3. if i were you, i would stay off weight training until you grow. weight help prevent you from growing. i mean what chicks  like short midgets?
