how can i get six-pack??

  1. well im 13 also. i mean lik i just turned 13 julyy 22nd. ur still youngg so u can get a six pack. wat u could do is u could do 100 crunches every day. lik b4 u go 2 bed. and work out wit weights. just work out evryday and u should b gettin a 6 packk


  2. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  4. i am 13 going on 14 in october and have a 6 pack to.

    first off u need to do the exercise every day or 5-7 times a week.

    i did these on my floor then my bed.

    then after about a month i created my own workout plan sorry it doesn't have a video:

    for the crunches,  leg raises, i do 2 sets of 30 reps.

    except make ur elbow touch the opposite knee.

    i hope this helped, what helps me is to create a work out schedule of my ab exercise and search other videos on you tube and other sites on how to get a 6 pack.
