  1. What i do is Monday i do upperbody (Bi's Tri's pec's shoulders) and tuesdays my legs day (squats, calf raises, leg press etc.) Wednesday is a cardio day. Thursday I return to the upperbody (Incline bench, bi's and tri's etc.) and Friday is a core workout (ab's, oblique, do hang cleans, etc.) I take saturday and sunday off, but still exercise. Got to eat right and find you a good protein supplement!

  2. Since you are 14 years old, I would not recommend heavy lifting because your still growing.  Here's what I would do work out only 3 days a week.  I would work on these basic exercises; Squats, dips, push ups, and pull ups.  You could do abs once or twice a week.  This way your body will hit all the major muscle groups and prepare your body for the weights in the future.  This should take you 45 minutes.  Your body needs time to recover so don't try to overtrain and spend hours in the gym, you may cause permanent damage especially at your young age.  I didn't start heavy lifting to build muscle till I almost 18.
