I'm 14, and i need a job!?

Question

Please don't tell me i'm too young to get a job.

Because all my friends are 14 & 15 and have jobs.

A couple work at pizza places and others work at like places that sell

dance equipment and whateverrr.

so, i know i don't have to be 16 or 18 to do some jobs.

I already baby sit but i want another job.

and i mean a job at an actual like company.

not doing something for my neighbor.

and i will NEVER mow a lawn so don't tell me

that either. I'm way to good to be mowing lawns somewhere.

Its a job thats wayyy too degrading for me. :]

um last time i checked the LEGAL working age is 16-18 so do what i did work for your parents for under the table money

Legal working age varies depending on the state you're in.  It's 14 in NY, NJ, Pa, De and MD.  

You can try ice cream places (like ritas), retail stores (any Target, Walmart, mom and pop place ect).  Some states will let you buss or hostess in a restaurant.  I used to be a childcare worker in a gym at 14 - it was nice money (they hired me cuz I was already the local babysitter :)  )  Some hotels will hire you as a maid, or runner at 14.  Friends of mine were typists and receptionists in highschool.  

Hit the help wanted ads (especially if your town has a local paper) and start calling.
