Question:

I'm 14 5'3 and 105 pounds..please help?

Ok i know I'm not fat...but for some reason i just want to lose weight. I constantly weigh myself and get happy when I weighh less. I watch what I eat and count calories. I just want to weigh 90 pounds then Ill be happy...all my friends say i never eat and stuff but i cant help it! Pleasse i dont know what to do! Im just not happy with my body

  1. so im 14 and is 5'3 too.

    but i weigh 118lbs.

    105 is pretty dang skinny if you ask me but that is ok.

    cuz every1 cums in diffrent sizes.

    in your case and in a lot of cases

    you see sumthing different in the mirror then everyone else see's.

    that used to be me. i weighed myself all the time and got extremely happy everytime i lost sum weight. (i lose 10lbs frum last spring)

    the best way to be comfortable with yourself is to stop worring about weighing yourself constantly and go have fun with your friends.

    and thats really all i got.

  2. 5"3 and 90 pounds? i'm 5"1 and about a hundred pounds, and my family always say i'm skinny, haha. you're fine the way you are, I think that's a good weight for your height and age.

  3. ok im 5'0 and 90 pounds people call me a stick and i also wok out alot because i dance 4 times a week ballet and modern my twin sister  is 5'2 and 115 pounds which i think is perfect weight if you become 90 pounds which is unhealthy and could stop your period if you already had yours or wont start it i feel i am healthy but people still tell me im too skinny and i eat like a horse but i guess i burn the fat and turn into muscle and you actually sound underweight i hate it wen girls call  themselves fat wen they no there skinny  my frend always counts calories it is so anoying if we go to subway she gets a salad and then makes me feel like a fatty just go in front of your mirror and say i love you and mean it and if you want to lose weight dont instead get more toned and that helps you become leaner if you start going to the gym start eeating more or else you will pass out just love yourself lol

  5. Sounds like an eating disorder is already in process - you have all the signs - you're 105 pounds - how much thinner do you want to be - jesus - plus you're still growing - please don't do this to yourself, you'll only be on a long hard road involving pain and stress...
