  1. im 15 and7months and still dont have mine.. im not worried at all

  2. Don't worry It is OK. In general, the puberty and the menstrual cycle are genetically and hormonally determined and different girls can have different development. In different countries periods are starting at 11-17 (depending on physical development, hormones, genetics, country location, etc). It is very personal and pre-menstrual "signals" (strange discharges, breast tense, abdomen pain, etc.) can come 1-2 days or 2-3 months or 11-12 months in advance. Some girls don’t have any pre-menstruation "signals".  It depends how sensitive are you and how fast your hormones will jump up. Just don't be stressed because stress itself could make a delay. Everything has it’s time.

  3. ur perfectally normally. i had mine when i was 15. ur mom should not be worried and neither should u unless u dont have it when ur 19 or something. good luck :)

    XOX

  4. It is not wrong at all.

your period is something you get when your body is just right and ready for it. some people get it when they're young like from 9 to 11 but some woman don't get it until they're 17 to 20.

I wouldn't worry about it at all.

I got mine six months after my 15th birthday.

Here's another thing to think about, your weight matters in this department. When you have reached the weight you need to be for you body type it will come. if you're athletic it's natural to get it a little but later then a girl who just sits on her *** because she is heavier.

  5. are you really athletic? for example...excessive running, gymnastics, etc. some girls don't even get theirs, usually gymnasts, because of so much exercise and i don't know why but still...otherwise, you're fine. some girls get their period extremely young...i got mine in the 5th grade. i'm 14 and most of my friends still don't have theirs, either.

  6. tell ur mom not to worry its perfectly normal some girls dont get it till their 16 if u dont get it by 16 though u should visit a doctor

  7. no. don't be worried. wait till your 17th or 18th birthday. the b worried.

  8. Don't worry about it, its normal, if you don't get your period by the time your 16, you should go see your doctor, just enjoy the time you have before you get it.

  9. Don't get worried until you're 16

  10. No, it's fine.  It's normal to get your period anywhere from about 10 to about 17.

  11. no. everyone is different. if u dont have it at 17 then worry. u are fine

  12. no my doctor told me when i was littler(im 14 too but i have had my period since 6th grade) that it could happen at the latest like 17 so there's nothing to worry about its normal..ur just a late bloomer so to speak

  13. Too early to worry and there's nothing to be concerned about. Tell your Mom not to worry.

  14. Trust me, you do not want your period once you got it. But I think that it's normal for a 14 and 10 months year old to not have their period yet. Some people at an eariler age, some get it later. My cousin, she's 17 and just got her period. And I younger than her and I already got mine. So it's really normal to not get it and it's perfectly normal for your mom to worry. If you and your mom is still worried, I would consider you to see a doctor. But I sear you will get it before you are 18 and you will turn out perfectly fine! Hope that helped! I love helping out girls on here becuase I have problems about these things too! And not afraid to ask!

  15. It sounds like you're well on your way to having your first period, however no one can say exactly when a girl will get her first menstrual period, but usually girls will get it some time during puberty.

Some girls start puberty at age 9 or 10 where others may start as late as age 15 or 16. Each girl goes at her own pace. So don't think that it's a bad thing or that something is wrong if your friends start puberty a little earlier/later than you.

At the beginning of puberty, you'll notice that your b*****s are developing and you're starting to grow a little hair under your arms. Hair also will grow on your genitals (pubic hair). In some girls, the time from the beginning of puberty to getting the first menstrual period may take only 6 months, where as for other girls, it may take longer and can take up to 3 years.  Another sign is vaginal discharge fluid (sort of like mucus) that a girl might see or feel on her underwear. This discharge usually begins about 6 months to a year before a girl gets her first period.

Every girl is different, and there is a wide range of normal development during puberty.

All I can say is that you should be patient, it will happen when your body is ready.

    Good luck :)
