I'm 14 and 108lbs. Underweight?

I was told that I'm slightly underweight for my age, and that for lacrosse I'm going to need to be a bit heavier. This will be a tad easier once conditioning starts, but I'm wanting to put on a few pounds (healthily) before it starts.

What do you all recommend?

  1. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.

  2. It all depends on your height and other factors. Take me for example. I am 2 years older then you, 5 feet exactly and weigh 118 pounds. If you want to gain weight, try lifting weights and/or dancing. Oddly enough, these ideas do help you gain weight in a healthy way. But it all depends on your diet, age, gender and once again your height.

  3. it would be best to be between 115 and 120. give or take.

  4. No you aren't underweight for you age. I weigh the same as you. You can put on a few pounds if you want but don't go over board.

  5. it all depends on how tall you are, but you are a guy, right, so yeah you should probably put on a few pounds in muscle.  just eat more but in like vegges and fruits and lean meats to gain more muscle and work out more but not to much or you will just burn off all the calories that you ate to gain weight.
