I'm 14 and 5'5 looking for a dirt bike(motocross dirt bikes) for 08 what are some good choices.?

most my choices were like suzuki and honda cause yamaha 250 4 stroke is huge and i looking for something not to struggle to stay on but to feel comfortable on.

suzuki! a 250 will probably be too big though, go check out some bikes and sit on them to see what size makes you comfortable.  If your just starting out look around for a used one before starting to race or supercross, motocross in a expensive sport so make sure you wanna do it for a long time before buying a lot of newer things.  Have fun riding!

well many 2 stroke bikes are dying out now, 08 models dont exist with some 2 strokes now so your limited.

Go to a shop and sit on a few to see what ur comfy on, id suggest a yz125 but even they are massive now

to get a bike to fit you right now is going to be a tough choice.  you are at the in-between height.  

the bike that would fit you best right now is going to be a large wheel or expert 85/100 cc 2 stroke or a CRF150R large wheel.  the problem there is you are also at that growing stage too and I am not sure where the age break is between the small bikes and the full size bikes.

any of the modern 125 2stroke or 250 4 stroke MX racing bikes are going to be quite tall for you even with putting lowering links on the bike.  sure you can probably ride it once you get rolling, but to be competitive in racing, you really need to be able to touch the ground enough in the corners to stablize the bike if it tried to go down...

if money isn't an issue, go with one of the expert or large wheel 85/100 2 strokes or CRF150R 4 stroke, then upgrade to a 125/250 once you grow a few inches.

All the 250f are close in seat height, at 14 I would go with the Crf150R big wheel version.

Get a Honda CRF250R.  When you buy it, ask the dealer to lower it an inch or two.

I would say a Honda CRF250, you wouldn't want to buy a small bike like a 125 because being 14 you will probably start to grow pretty fast, and you will eventually out grow a 125.

id say look for a 125, hondas crf135 or 230 would be a great size for u. id say got for the 230 if u can straddle it, the bigger the better.
