  1. no i did weights in the ninth grade and was 5'7 now i graduated and am 6'1

  3. Just dont go really heavy on exercises like...

    shoulder pressing type exercises

    bench pressing type exercises

    squatting w/barbell

    deadlifts

    Stuff like that it should be light enough for you to do at least 2 sets of at least 10 reps

    and if people ever ask you what your max is for squat/bench/deadlift.... just use a one-rep calculator like this one....

  4. Just do not starin your back, it will not effect your growing, it can however affect your back.  

  5. No.Just eat plenty of veggies/fruits/ and low fat meats/dairy and don't smoke/drink alchohol or sports/energy drinks and you will grow perfectely.
