I'm 14 and a female. 5'2 112 lbs. Need tips on growing taller please help?

'm 14 and a girl. 5'2 112lbs.

My dad is 6'3 but my mom is 5'0. I play a LOT of basketball and run and excerise a lot. Sports is what I luv to do. I play soccer etc.Walk too.

I want to be at least 5'6 but really my goal is 5'7/5'8 but would even like to be 5'-6'0.

i heard girls stop growing 3 years after their period i got mine 8-9 months ago last december.

Please help give me tips.

I drink raw milk. I dont eat meat only salmon. I dont eat junk food. Sometimes healty organic chocolate and hot chocolate. eggs too. i luv sushi and fruit and veggies. im close to a raw foodist.

Please hlp me out!

also if u have any stories where u were 5'2 when u were 14 and r now 5'6-6'0 let me know. also if ur 5'8-5'9 tell me how tall u were when u were 14. please.

r there any natural supplements to grow taller??

also my passion and goal in life is to play college basketball and i am really good and need to be taller etc. PLEASE

  3. Drinking water often helps to improve your metabolism, because it cleans your body from toxic waste, I would suggest drinking low fat milk every night. Swimming can help too!!

  5. You definately DO NOT stop growing 3yrs after your period starts. That is ridiculous. As for getting taller there is nothing you can do but wait. Genetics will decide how it goes and nothing in the world (exept radical leg extension surgery) can change it.

  6. hmm......growing has alot to do with genetics. i just turned 15 a month ago and im 6'2 because my father is 6'3 and my mom is 5'7 and they have a similar pattern to how im growing. the downfall to me is that im very slim right now. ask your parents when did they start growing and im sure you will grow alil taller. alot of stretching can put maybe 2 or three inches on you. when you lie down alot or wake up in the morning you will notice that you are about an inch or two taller. but most likely it's on genetics.

    i'm 14 and 4"11 :(

    if your dad is 6"3 you'll definately grow, but keep eating, if you stop you won't grow.

    my dad is 5"6 and my mum is 5"2 so there's not much chance of me growing much more, if anything.

  8. don't worry so much about it,

    yoga and pilates can stretch you couple of inches
