I'm 14 and have an IQ of 127, is that good?

I took a standard IQ test and my results were 127, what does this mean?

Above Average GOOD for YOU but remember THIS OK..........I have a COUSIN who is a GENIUS just about with a VERY VERY high I Q he is in MENSA but he is the biggest LOSER and I LIKE HIM he just doenst WORK he just THINKS all the TIME he doenst even TEACH and he has a PH.D so While my sister is about AVERAGE and she is DOING GREAT better than ME who is HIGH but also i am bipolar and ADD i have in the 140-150 range.........I am a BUM as well IT IS HOW YOU APPLY WHAT YOU KNOW THAT WILL DETERMINE WHERE YOU GO IN LIFE...........

And the person who gave me the THUMB DOWN has a below average IQ so there ya go!!!!!!!!!!

Why all the Thumbs DOWN is it because i don't believe that IQ is the MOST important thing in how ones life turns out or is it because I claim mine is 140-150 and you are all JEALOUS hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Well i AM smart enough to KNOW why............and yeah all those who gave the TDs are below 110 I can tell you that for SURE and BTW if you take an IQ test on the INTERNET discount the score by 22% then maybe it will be CLOSE.

its average i think...i think average is like 125......when i took mine i had 178.......i think IQ test are just kinda bs....atleast on a human level, like for other animals, its fine to see how they are but humans are to creative, abstract and dreamy to take IQ test and truly do well without guessing. to me only creative ppl do well.

91-111 is average 112-122 above average anything above that is smart

That is really good--above average, actually. The "genius" mark is 140, so you are what educators call a "moderately gifted" or "above average" kid. Join the gifted club!

That's very good. That would classify as "High Intelligence" on a regular test. Seeing that you're only 14 taking a standard test, your actual IQ should be higher. I would assume you're roughly in the 85th percentile (Higher than 85% of the population).

Sweetie IQ is IQ no matter what the age is. I have an IQ of 153, I was test when I a little girl about eight years old. And again recently. My IQ has gone done since childhood, when it was 161. You're above average. Still try hard though.
