120 is above average

above that is pretty good... 180 is like extremely smart.

However if you took it online then thats not amazing.  It would most likely mean your slightly above average.  But either way congrats.

144 under a "real" IQ test is very good.

Online it is average.

Actually, the higher the better, and 144 is very impressive for a well educated adult. Take a few more and try to get your hands on a reliable one, usually not via the internet and sites like Tickle.com
