For a year now...i haven t really paid close attention to this problem. But i notice when im shampooing my hair or conditioning it i will grab hold of it and kinda pull lightly and a bunch of hair (like 8-10 strands) will fall out. I also notice between my thighs alot like big chunks....is this bad or normal?

  1. ahhhhhhhhhh........yeaaaahhhhh.............

  2. Hair naturally falls out.

    If it seems excessive...

--Undereating or throwing up after meals will result in hair loss.

--See a doctor! Seriously, this could be a disease that is fairly common among teens.

  3. Do you have curly or thick hair?

As long as you don't have any bald spots, and the hair is growing back, you're fine!

  4. Stress problems? You could have your thyroid checked...some people with long hair just shed a lot. If you are really worried visit your family doctor.

  5. You loose about 100-200 hair strands a day!

Some people don't even notice but others do.

If you feel like your losing much more hair then normal, ease up on the heating products and drink a lot of water. Massaging you scalp while shampooing and conditioning also stimulates blood flow to the brain and so hair is stronger, sheds less and grows faster!

  6. its natural for hair to fall out but if its too much then get a thickening shampoo/conditioner... this will really help good luck

  7. ITS NATURAL

THIS HAPPENS TO ALL YOUNGER GIRLS

JUST THINK OF IT AS GORING UP

ALSO SEE A DOCTOR IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME

    IT HAPPENED TO ME

  8. Big chunks of what? =S

Well, okay, have you been getting a lot of colds lately or anything like that? If so your immune system is probably week (which can lead to alopecia, a hair condition.) If you've been anxious or stressed your immune system can become weak too and your hair can fall out. (your immune systems biggest enemies are depression, anxiety, and stress and once your immune systems weak you can't block out everyday thing like common colds and such.)

  9. me too S:

do you straighten your hair? i always thought that might be it

    or if you're underweight...

  10. go and see a doctor as soon as possible, ive heard of this before and it wasnt good news

  11. That happens to my sister (not between the thighs I think). It happens to her because her hair has been through a lot. Millions of times dying it and stuff. Poor dying hair! Your hair might just be sensitive but don't worry, u won't go bald unless u have cancer of something! Just kidding.

QUIT GETTING AN ATTITUDE!!!!! CALM DOWN!

  12. idk?  cuz if u heat style ur hair...ur hair does fall out...a little bit...cuz mine does too!  or if u take a shower every day..(which btw is not good for u or ur hair)...i no shower every other day....and I don't know about ur thighs...srry...talk to ur mom/dad about it!♥

  13. Well it's normal to lose a lot of hair, but not too much, there's way more falling out then you think. Which is normal, but I usually just accidentally pull out a few in the shower so you should probably go to a doctor.

  14. sorry to tell you you got to get your hair cut its for the best same problem with me i just got my hair cut yesterday i couldn't even touch my hair without a whole bunch coming out hair will grow back :) best of luck!

  15. might wanna see a doctor

  16. My daughter thought she had Lupus which makes you hair fall out she has at least 20 strands fall out.. It is normal according to her doctor.. If it is a handful of hair go to the doctor and get checked for LUPUS

What your experiencing is the Norm

  17. PRETENDTO BE A GUY ITS THAT SIMPLE (STUPID)

  18. ok

  19. you are peobably haveing an elergic reaction  to the shampoo or you have cancer but i highly doubt it

  20. normally you lose a certain amount of hair every day.

however, if you are malnourished you'll lose more hair, so, are you starving yourself?

  21. it is natural for hair to fall out, expscially if you're washing your hair and scrubing and massaging the shampoo in.

As long as it isnt like chunks and wads of hair ( like a lot of hair falling out ). You're fine.

  22. Don't freak out! Don't think you have cancer! Your hair falls out if you are underweight, or if you have a lot of stress, or it can just fall out. On average, a person looses about 100 strands of hair a day. Don't worry. It's normal. Also, you could have a disease called Alopecia. Go to a doctor if it gets any worse.

  23. unless you die your hair a lot it may be due to  mal- nutrition...

    do you bruise easily?

Maybe see a doctor, or start taking vitamins...

That happened to me when i was 17... and it was because of my diet.. my hair thinned and nails brittle...

  24. i would talk to your mom about that i really know what is

but talk to some body cause it could be serious or not

  25. the same thing is happening to me and i'm 14, my mom said it's just shedding, or getting out of the way for new hair to grow, but i'm still very scared. if you use a blow dryer or straightener, you would probably want to stop. try putting it in a braid at night, just take really good care of it. eat more protein. i have no clue about the thighs, maybe try working out?
