I'm 14 from Israel and I need info about Student exchange programs in USA, Canada or Europe. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  1. OK Artman is TOTALLY wrong. High school exchange students go through independent programs -- it is NOT handled by the schools (university programs are done through the schools).

    If you are an Arab, you can apply for the YES program to the US http://israel.usembassy.gov/publish/yes/...

    Unfortunately, I've been finding it difficult to find programs that list Israel, but I know that some do it.

    You might contact the big ones:

    AFS http://www.afs.org/afs_or/home

    YFU http://www.yfu.org/

    Or ask at the U.S. Embassy in Israel. They will have an updated list. It is also possible to arrange a private exchange if you have family and/or friends in the U.S. The Embassy will also have information on that.


  2. All exchange programs are agreements from school to school. So you really need to ask at your school. If your school have no exchage agreement with other schools then there is nothing you can do.

    Wait for collage; most universities do have exchange programs.
