I'm 14 now and really want to join a swat team someday anyone got any suggestions?

A start with a 4 year career in the military will put you ahead. You will most likely need to start as a patrol officer first though. If you don't go in the military, you will probably need a 4 year degree.

The first step is to get hired as a patrol officer. They will expect you to get good at that, and master the basics before you are considered for any reassignment. SWAT members are recruited from the department. These positions are highly sought after, so the selection process is quite competitive.

As far as anything you can do now to prepare, that will not make much difference. They are more interested in your work habits are reliability. The rest can be trained.
