I'm 14 years old and I'm not producing sperm, my friends say the all have and i don't know why i havent? why havent i yet?

everyone is different folk.  when your time comes, it will come.  half your friends are probably lying anyway.  and once you do start to produce sperm, its not all its cracked up to be.  then you got other things to worry about......

Not sure how you or your friends would know if you have sperm or not as that requires running tests under a microscope but I am assuming you mean that they have s***n when they m********e and you haven't experienced that yet.  If you have hit puberty it should happen but if you are a "late bloomer" and haven't hit puberty yet that would explain it.

if you're really that concerned, see a doctor

it's possible you could have an STD (if you're sexually active).

a man can o****m without ejaculating, but i'm not sure if it is common to never do it... maybe you have not hit puberty yet, because it's said even babies get erections but obviously their bodies aren't ready to produce sperm. ask your doctor just to be sure.

How do you know that you don't produce sperm?  Have you seen a doctor or are you basing this on not having erections or possibly not ejaculating?  There are other reasons why you might not be having erections or ejaculating.  Only a doctor can tell you whether you are producing sperm.

BTW - I hope you just posted this the the TTC section by accident.

The male body progresses at different rates.

I myself did not produce until I was 16.  You have plenty of time to develop and grow.  Do not be disappointed, be elated.  You still get to experience the joys of masturbation without the necessary cleanup afterwards.
