  1. Try to wander into your school's main office and ask for it there. They would have working papers that you can fill out and obtain a permit.

  2. in the counseling office at school

  3. Take a certified birth certificate down to the drivers license division of your state and ask for an identification.

  4. your school's counseling office. they give you an application and you go out and find an employer to sign that they will hire you and put how much they will pay you.

  5. at school

  6. For what country and what country are you in ?

  7. Why is this posted under "Immigration?"  Only a US citizen or legal permanent resident can get a work permit from your state's Dept of Labor.  And in your state, is it legal under the Child Labor Law to work at 14, or not until you are 16?

If you not a citizen or legal permanent resident, for example, if you are on a dependent's visa and your parent is on an employment visa, you cannot get authorization to work from USCIS.
