  1. We're in the same boat in this!

    Well, i guess doing more exercises that involve the lower body will help tone it.

    Like, biking, squats and things like that.

    You could also run or swim as that helps tone the upper body as well!

  2. 5'11 and 140 means that your body mass index (BMI) is around 19.5. You are on the lower end of the normal weight range. If you're looking to lose weight in that area I would recommend cycling or spinning classes with lower body weight training. Or if thats too much just start jogging around the block a few times until you see results. By the way, there's nothing wrong with a badonkadonk if you keep it in check.

  3. The best tip I ever got was to take up skating. Kick boxing and tennis also help.

  4. Total body fitness.  You can't target fat loss so you have to attack it from a total body workout perspective.  I'd suggest doing cardio like running and strength training.  Also, a healthy diet rich in protein should alleviate any problems.  Go to www.bodybuilding.com to find a program for you.

  5. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...
