  1. a whole new world has open for you...new friends, new experiences and (dig this) new girls...actually you can either run around all depressed or you can make the best out of it

  2. wow i was looking for a question like this

i am fourteen and moving august first

as well as yourself this has been very hard for me

the best advice i have gotten is to just make the best of your time

let things out every once in a while and dont always hold it in

    it makes things harder

sometimes i just write down my thoughts on a piece of paper then burn it or destroy it

and talk to your friends about it

let them know that you will still be there for them and that at this time you really need them more than anything

    i hope this has helped

    =]

  3. my best friend just moved away and she hates this too.personally i hate where i live and can't wait to move out and travel the world(even though i'll miss my family)i think you and and your freinds should e-mail each other.i know the idiea of making new freinds is  quite scary and makes you mad and hurt but if you never make any new freinds you'll just be more miserable.and if you hate the place your moving too then try to find one place you like and can hang out(coffe shop, club, library etc) and you will meet new ppl easy

  4. i moved when i was 13... 12 hours away to!!! i hated moving but then after awhile i started really liking it, just kno u'll meet new friends and get a new chance to pretty much start over with everyone, be anyone u want, be urself... im now 15 and i love it here,,, i cant even stand going back to visit family. i love my new home!!!

  5. it really depends on what kind of problems your having

if its acceptance from others, you really just need to learn how to be more social, if its something as far as just not liking it where you are, you havta learn that things will probably work out for the better in the long run and there's most likely a good reason why you moved

  6. Change is very difficult, especially when your young and your friends are your life.  But as a door closes, a window opens and don't be  too closed-minded - you might make some friends for life and good things will happen!

Try to find out about the town you're moving to before you go.  Take the opportunity to learn about the people (assuming you're making a relatively distant move) -- see it as an adventure!  Get out and about to explore.

And finally know that you will eventually get settled in.

  7. See this as a new adventure, go with the flow, make new friends.
