  2. Seriously? There's no right or wrong way..

But just make sure you get every tooth, and brush all over it..

I kind of have a system, I start with the bottom or top, and I do the face of it (the side you see when you smile) and then I do the bottoms (the side you bite with) and then I do the back (the side you can't see) and then I repeat on the bottom or top (depending on which one i started with) then I go ahead and brush them all together while I smile, and wa-la!

    Best wishes! XD

  3. Angle the toothbrush at your gum line, about forty five degrees. Work the bristles in between your teeth. Move the brush sideways, back and forth, for about seven seconds (that's longer than you think it is). Do this all around your teeth. Brush over the top of your back teeth, back and forth.

Takes a few mins every day but it's worth it.

Also use dental floss once a day.

  4. Normal Toothbrush-

    Upper teeth:

Brush from the top of the tooth to the bottom and kinda like flick the brush off.

    Bottom teeth:

Brush from the bottom of the tooth to the top and kinda like flick the brush off

    Electric toothbrush:

Just move the brush slowly across your teeth

  5. I would suggest the next time you go to the dentist you have the hygienist show you.  She could tell that our daughters weren't doing it correctly so she showed them the proper way.

It wasn't embarrassing just very informative.  They have been doing a great job ever since.
