  1. Stop telling yourself that you WILL wet the bed, so as to not set yourself up for failure night after night. This may sound silly, but hear me out, as it works for small children during potty training. Pee before you go to bed, then set your clock for three or four hours later and use the bathroom again. Repeat this process, so that you use the bathroom twice during the night. ventually, you'll be able to reduce it to once, and then sleep through the whole night without an accident. Above all, believe that you CAN overcome this problem. The mind is a powerful thing. Meditate, using a mantra that works for you and which will strengthen your psyche, such as, "I can control my bladder, even when I am asleep. I do not need to wet the bed. I am perfectly capable of waking up when I need the bathroom."

    Good luck!

  2. If you have adhd this is common. My mon said she wet the bed until she was 11. I think that if you set your clock for about two in the morning that you will get used to getting up.

  3. Are you underweight?

You will grow out of it.

    I guess just wear dipers.

    Or wear really thick pads.

Try to wake up at 3 go pody and go back to sleep.

  4. Well, what do the doctors say?  Sounds like you have an immature bladder or weak muscles.  Invest in some bladder control underwear.

Are you drinking at night before bed?  Do you set an alarm to get you up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night?  That is what works for my son, except he sleeps thru the alarm!  So I get up to get him up to go potty...but it's better than washing the sheets daily!

  5. I know you said you tried tablets but have you tried DDAVP? It's a small pill and I never wet the bed while using it. Eventually your brain just gets used to it like mine did and you don't need it anymore. Ask your doctor about it. I really recommend trying it if you haven't already.

  6. You must be in a really deep relaxed sleep for your bladder to just go like that.

I am not trying to be a smartass here but you might go buy some Depends or something that you can wear at night so you won't have this problem.  And in the meantime keep seeing specialists.  Urologists would be a good place to start if you haven't seen one already.

And don't drink a lot of liquids before bed time.  That might help.

  7. It Has to do with genetics, try not to drink anything before you go to bed,you will grow out of it eventually.

  8. that sucks...i feel so bad for you. i'm 15 too and have never wet the bed. But why ask this on Yahoo! Answers? maybe you should try other medication?

  9. um i dont know.

i wet the bed till age 10 or 9?

but 1 night we didnt have any "goodnights" diaper thingys..

and i went to bed without it and didnt wet it and havent ever since.

try not to drink or eat an hour or so before bed. and go to the bathroom before bed.

so that way your bladder is empty when u go to bed and if u havent drank anything you shouldnt need to go.

  10. just keep trying stuff.  don't have anything to drink after 8pm and pee before you go to bed.  if u need to, set an alarm for the middle of the night to go use the bathroom.

  11. First of all, try not to be worried.  You are not alone; many people wet the bed throughout their teens and sometimes even in adulthood.  Most likely, you will out grow it shortly.

Until then, go to the bathroom right before you go to bed.  Try to avoid eating/drinking three hours before your bedtime (If you go to bed at 10, for example, have dinner at 5 or 6 at stop after that.)

Have someone wake you up when you are doing it so you can go to the bathroom.  Wear diapers.

Set a timer for every three hours and then wake up and go to the bathroom.

Or have someone wake you up when you're doing it and check what time it is. The next night set a timer for five minutes earlier then that then go to the bathroom.

Don't worry a lot of people do that!!

ps- u shouldn't use tablets if they don't work, just try these tips because how can tablets do anything?

  12. I would not drink any liquids a couple hours before bed.. make sure you use the bathroom several times before bed... I dont see how you would have anything to pee out if you do this.

At least you dont sh*t the bed!

  13. um....

don't try to drink alot before bed

    Go the bathroom before bed

I heard that if you wear your day clothes to bed you won't have to go

o.... and you can get those special underwear things

    sorry

  14. Get some Depends and wear them.

  15. I've never heard of anyone wetting the bed at this age. My daughter who is now 10 had this problem for many years. The way we broke her was by setting an alarm clock every hour to wake her up and she would go to the bathroom. I would set mine too just incase her's didn't wake her up. After a short while, her body just got used to waking up and she would wake up on her own and go to the bathroom. Try that!

  16. STE YOUR ARLAM FOR EVER HOUR AT NIGHT AND WAKE UP AND TRY TO GO TRY THAT FOR A MONTH STR8 AND  THAT SHOULD HELP YOU OUT

  17. Try some type of meditation some deep breathing techniques, to calm down the body, Drink less fluids 2 hours prior to bed time, Drink less fluids will reduce the secretion flow of you urinary tract, the deep breathing techniques and meditation will allow your to sleep easier and with less anxiety, I think the anticipation of wetting the bed when you go to sleep is very high and therefore continue this process, Keep taking the medication and just know that you are in control dont give up and practice the suggestions I have made and you will succeed.

  18. Idk really what to say because I stopped wetting the bed at like 4 so I have no idea. Sorry for my future lame answer.

Try wearing those pull-up diaper things and then you know, you wont pee the bed. And dont drink anything the last few hours before bed, and try to pee before you go to sleep.

Sorry I cant really help but I feel bad for you! I wish I could help! You wont wet the bed forever! =)

  19. there's an electronic sensor that you can use.  it inserts into your v****a while you're in bed and buzzes you if it senses higher amount of moisture.  it help my friend's daughter
