  1. oi...ok, find yourself a real school and be social.

    find a nice guy.

...and sneak out! I'm 13 and have snuck out! go out on a limb!

  2. Maybe you could get an account on a teenager survey site. They pay you for taking survey and such, and you obviously know how to use the computer!

You could even join a sort of club on the internet. Maybe you are all taking an informal class in something you wouldn't normally try, like basics in a language. You could take up drawing and join a group to post and discuss your art, give tips, and meet people to share a hobby with.

Find something you're good at one the computer, that you really enjoy -- for me it's editing anime photos -- and make a quick, little site offering your free services to anyone who says please. I found it was a great way to relax after school -- I'm your age too -- and the response you get after doing a good job for someone is priceless. You make connections quick when doing people favors, and they aren't exactly pen pals anymore. It's a great way to make friends.

Speaking of which, would you like to swap email addresses? I'd love to be your first connection in what is hopefully a way out of boredom, lol!

  3. Look into if there are homeschool groups in your area. Def. join a group or something. I'm sure your library has reading groups or might have a volunteering job.

  4. about a 1/2 hour  - 45 min. drive from you there's a great program called Freindship Circle, where teens can volunteer to become friends with special needs children. it's a great program, and lots of volunteers have benefited from joining it. If you can't get out there, then maybe you can speak to the ppl. in charge there, and they'll give you tips of starting something similar, obviously on a much smaller scale in your area.

google friendship circle michigan for more details.

  5. ok, sounds like you have been kept in the cage a little too long...i think you've been primed too much, and unless you sneak out, you never will have a good tatse of freedom

  6. join a homeschool group!!! i'm in one it's the best ever we have student council, 4-h, we started a boy scouts, we're going to have a dance, teen night, yearbook club... there are everywhere u just have to look hard!

i'm in a not so great neighborhood either, i dont' think i'll have time 4 a job with every thing i've got going on with school :P

but yeah look http://keyhomeschool.org/ this is where i am it's our group page look at what we have, and tell Ur mum that u want to join a group like mine, i promise it will be the best thing u'll do!!!! but yeah look at the page it's about norm for a homeschool group, some are at churches like "white dove" it's a local church here in louisiana they have a group, just look around it can't hurt anything :)

    good luck

  7. yeah do what you said. Your right you should join clubs at the school and yeah its good that your mom lets you lawn mow

  8. I'm sure there are clubs in your area if you look hard enough. Community centers are also great places to join classes in sports, art, and almost anything you want!

  9. I'm 14 homeschooled and am having the same problem as you I want something more to do. Email me if you want I check it about 12 times a day! LOL

  10. What will your mom let you do? Can you do sports, clubs at the library? Start your own club? If you have younger siblings, do you homeschool them? You could tutor neighborhood kids. Start your own business. What are you good at? Photography? Writing? Designing? Computers?

    Add.

Maybe take a class at the local college about photography. Or take pictures at weddings, graduations, or kids parties to make money. Use your imagination and create your own job. Good luck.

  11. Maybe you could go to school and then you can meet people there. why doesn't your mom let you babysit? You're old enough! That's how old I was when I started babysitting. I think you should get to know other people especially at school and start getting used to it, becusae when you go to college it would be wierd plus you need to socialize, becuase you are teenager, that's the best part! You could go to a camp maybe (sorry it's the only thing I can think of). good luck

  12. sneak out

  13. Join a team sport!

  14. Hey,

I'm 15, home schooled, and bored too!  I plan to do lots of reading....  I joined Jazzercise and a Bible study group.  You could do some volunteering.  Hospitals, food shelves, etc.  You are a bonus to these people because us homeschoolers can work when public schoolers can't.  Same goes for babysitting, if you're mom would reconsider that
