I'm in the same vote. 18 and want to find a job in the game. I would google the name of your city and then see what names come up and then email your resume to the courses.

You can work at a golf course when you're 15.  (I did).  Just check your local newspaper.  There should be lots of adds for this now.  And don't waste time.  Everyone's going to be out of school soon.  You'll have a lot more competition.  

One last bit...without knowing where you live, I'm guessing your city owns a golf course or even county.  Check with their websites directly--or better yet, go to the phone book and call every golf course within distance you could get to and ask to talk to the greenskeeper directly about hiring.  You could probably do the changing of the cups and tee markers and garbage removal from each tee and refilling water coolers easy enough
