Hey. I am a member of a very competive school varsity track team. I am looking to run competively in my comunity as well.I am fifteen in july and am female.I really want to make it to ontario level competions next season...made to eastern ontario this year.I think starting to train now would help.I run the 100m...getting to short for me though...200m and I'd like to start the 400m.What are some good training methods that could keep me in the best shape and cut down my times. Also anything specific for the 400 m would be awesome since i never ran it before.Thanks everyone in advance :)
