  1. you'll keep growing... you'll stop around 18 yrs old

  2. You will probably continue to grow until your late teens or early 20's. Being short is necessarily not a bad thing for a woman, really sucks if you're a guy.

Your max height is more or less set by genetics - you can ensure you'll reach that max by eating a healthy balanced diet and getting good amounts of exercise and sleeping on a reasonable schedule. Not much else you can do for this.

If you're exercising, eating right, and getting reasonable sleep, you've done all you can do. No point in worrying about what you cannot change or control - work with what is real and within your control & move on with your life.

  3. you can continue to grow until you are 18.  You've probably had the bulk of your grotwh but still could grow more.

    Care to return the favor?

  4. Why would you wanna be tall? short girls are pretty. You should consume more calcium rich food however 5'1 is an OK height for girls, really. Of course your mom didnt let you get an xray i would not allow my child to get one either at your height. But some exercise and calcium rich food will help. trust me it did for me

  5. yeah you're not going to grow much more. but you have like 4 more years of growing. just don't worry about it and love your body the way it is.

and be happy. you get to wear heels :D

I'm 5'8 so wearing heels is kinda hard sometimes.

i have a short boyfriend lol

  6. You will probably grow to a height somewhere between your Mom and Dad.
