Sure it's possible but your facial hair hasn't much to do with it. My son was in 5th grade with facial hair and be grew several more inches.

For men, puberty usually ends between ages 18-21.  Therefore, you've got a very good chance of continuing to grow.  My boyfriend continued to get taller until 22 or so.  If anything, you can definitely expect to continue to fill out (broader shoulders, more defined masculine traits, etc) for years to come.

Although nobody can tell for sure, it's very likely you'll get a little taller.
